Business Policy

These terms apply to the purchase of Bodied By JoJo products. By placing an order, you accept and agree to the terms of this policy.

Availability:

I take great pride in working with all of my clients. It is my policy to complete each and every project on time without sacrificing quality. To accomplish this goal, I have established certain criteria that I follow. Clients are scheduled by appointment only; this insures that no client will be inconvenienced by waiting. All consultations are to be schedule two to three weeks prior to desired completion date. Any orders that are needed to be completed sooner than two weeks are charged a rush fee that can vary by the complexity of the garment.

I schedule only those projects that can be successfully completed in a given time period, this practice guarantees that all deadlines are met.

An extensive number of designs, patterns, notions, and fabrics, are available to accommodate special order request. All notions, patterns and fabric will be billed directly to the client. Quality and client satisfaction is my main concern. I welcome those clients who wish to provide their own notions and fabrics, however, I reserve the right to refuse to work with fabric of inferior quality.

Payments:

During initial consultation I will be able to give a price for my services. At the beginning of first fitting, clients will be billed for the full payment at that time (CASH ONLY). The price is the price. If you have budget concerns, you will need to address those prior to the consultation. Once payment is paid my services then begin. Any changes in design, fabric, major alterations and other changes will result in additional costs.

Online Purchases:

Bodied By JoJo is a custom business only. Each garment sold online is hand made and can take up to 3-4 weeks to be completed please keep that in mind when placing an order. Shipping time is not included in that estimate time of completion.

Warranty:

If there are any issues with sizing, client has a two week warranty to get the problem corrected. After that two week time frame, client is responsible for a correction fee. Any damages that are created by the client are not warranted and will be charged full price to replace garment. No exceptions.
